Juliet Le
Sr. Program Officer
Juliet Le comes to this work as the proud daughter of disabled immigrant parents. Growing up, she learned early how systems shape opportunity and access. Those experiences continue to shape her approach to philanthropy, centering relationships, dignity, and community wisdom while advancing equity, healing, and belonging. Juliet is the founder of Alchemvi Consulting, where she advises philanthropists with the belief that money is not neutral, impact is relational, and philanthropy can be a practice of responsibility and repair. She previously supported LGBTQ+ street youth in Vietnam and served as a Program Officer at Satterberg Foundation. She is also a Prismatic Accelerator Fellow hosted by Daylight Advisors.
Juliet chairs the Washington State Immigrant and Refugee Funders Collaborative and the Seattle Chapter of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP), and founded Viets in Philanthropy (VIPs), a national network connecting the Vietnamese diaspora across philanthropy.
Outside of work, Juliet can usually be found meditating by open waters, traveling to new corners of the world, or frolicking through the forest with her partner and dog, Remy Martin.
