Temi Oshadiya
Special Advisor to the CSO
Temi supports the Chief Strategy Officer at Magic Cabinet as Special Advisor, bringing over seven years of experience across communications, operations, and project management within advocacy and media. She works at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping translate vision into clear, actionable plans, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and ensure that ideas move forward with accountability and care. Grounded in a storyteller’s lens, Temi is committed to centering community and uplifting Black voices in how work is shaped and shared.
Prior to joining Magic Cabinet, Temi worked at Mighty Engine as a Senior Project Manager, where she led content development and campaign strategy for national public health and education initiatives, including UNCF UNITE. She also spent a year producing a documentary exploring Black women’s sexuality as her graduate thesis at Temple University, an experience that continues to shape how she builds trust, listens deeply, and approaches storytelling.
Nigerian by birth and Philadelphian by love, Temi brings a perspective rooted in both lived experience and intentional community engagement. She holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies and Production from Temple University and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri.
Outside of work, you can find her running, planning picnics, or spending Saturdays exploring new café spots with her husband.
